Beauty and the Beast On Ice

Beauty’s father, a merchant, seeks shelter in the Beast’s enchanted castle and unknowingly provokes its wrath by picking a rose for Beauty. The Beast demands the merchant’s life unless he sends one of his daughters in his place. To save her father, Beauty selflessly volunteers and moves into the castle.

Though initially fearful of the Beast, Beauty soon discovers his kindness and grows fond of him. However, longing for her family, she is granted permission to visit them, with a warning to return soon or risk the Beast’s demise. When she delays and finds him near death upon her return, she realizes her true feelings. Her love breaks the curse, transforming the Beast into a handsome prince, and they live happily ever after.
