JCA's annual Trial by Jury Criminal Moot Court is back!
The team has been working hard to bring you this juicy murder mystery, and it's up to you to decide which way the case will go! With proceedings in Maltese before a judge and, for the third year in a row, an actual jury, JCA once again promises to deliver a realistic experience for aspiring lawyers-in-the-making!
Two separate sessions will take place at the Law Courts on 15th and 20th March, presided over by the Honourable Madam Justice Edwina Grima. An information and training session will also be held prior to the actual moot court on the 6th of March to help get you prepared.
Students may form teams of 2-3 persons, by sending an email with the names of all teammates on firstname.lastname@example.org, while students wishing to apply for the roles of jurors may do so by sending an email on email@example.com
All applications will be accepted on first-come first-served basis - any applications received once all posts are filled shall be kept on a waiting list.
Certificates of Participation shall be distributed to all participants, along with an award for Best Speaker!
Participation is free for all JCA Members! Non-members may apply against a fee of €5 per person.
Looking forward to seeing you all!
