But the parts that were put to paper showcase Mozart at his finest and most ambitious. Written after his wife Constanze’s recovery from a serious illness, the work’s admirers include none other than Pope Francis, who said that the Et incarnatus est passage from the Credo section is “matchless: it lifts you to God.” Please note that there are no tickets for this free event.
