Participants will learn how to reach their target audience by selecting and utilising the most adequate digital tools such as, email marketing, social media and search engine marketing. Online surveys will also be covered, via a hands-on approach, as a cost-effective data collection tool which enables organisations to learn more on their target audience and/or consumers. Facebook is the most utilised social media locally hence, a special emphasis will be placed on Facebook advertising, with hands-on exercises, on how to create, manage and monitor Facebook adverts.
Throughout this course various best-practice examples from different fields will be highlighted and discussed. Ultimately, this course will enable participants to understand the best way to utilise digital marketing and how this can be amalgamated with traditional marketing.
