Our lessons start with a gentle movement meditation followed by sun salutations to prepare you for an easy-to-follow creative flow yoga sequence. Our Vinyasa is fused with Pilates elements throughout the class to increase both flexibility and strength in your body. We end with core-strengthening Pilates and supine stretches. Relaxation, reiki healing and chanting are the most beautiful part of the lesson.
The lessons are mixed-level and suitable for beginners! Especially since we are just restarting after a very long summer, most students will be new.
Karin has been teaching yoga in Malta since 2012, she holds a Yoga Alliance accredited 200hr Power Yoga Certification, and she has been co-teaching internationally on the FitYoga Teacher Trainings since 2015. She is currently mastering Prana Vinyasa Yoga under the guidance of Shiva Rea through Samadhi Global Yoga School.
