This 8 week pole dance course will introduce you to pole fitness, covering beginner pole dance choreography, terminology, spins and strength holds. Perfect your beginner spins and learn how to tie different moves together. By the end of the course, you will know how to tie different spins together, climb and invert on the pole like a pro!
Each class is carefully structured so that each person is able learn at their own pace. Spins and holds will help condition your body and increase your strength and flexibility dramatically in just a few weeks.
No experience necessary! Our beginners static pole course is designed for women with no prior pole dancing experience at all. There is no fitness level requirement, anyone can join.
