Known for her advanced yoga teachings, this time Yoga & Movement with Rosita Jan would like to invite you to join her on a 4 week yoga discovery journey for beginners.

You will receive:
- 1 weekly 60min group session with a detailed breakdown of yoga poses and how to safely move trough them
- FREE Beginner Yoga PDF download of 10 most common alignment mistakes in yoga and how to fix them
- FREE 30min Beginner Yoga Video for your home practice
- Yoga mat and other props for the duration of the sessions
At the end of 4 weeks you will:
- Know how to safely perform foundational yoga movements
- Be familiar with the most common yoga terms/pose names
- Feel confident in building your own home yoga practice
