The End of The Chain (Estonian Film Days season)

Screening in collaboration with the Embassy of Estonia, Rome.

Set in a remote fast food restaurant next to an empty parking lot, the location serves as a model of the world, or of Eastern Europe. Visitors to the restaurant come and go, all of them on the verge of desperation during a seemingly everlasting economic crisis. The only one witnessing and absorbing all of this is the protagonist of the film, the Waitress.

The director of the film, Mr Priit Pääsuke, will be in present for the screening.
