It is incorporated strengthening, stretching and relaxation exercises to help improve flexibility, build strength especially your core muscles. You will carry out a series of stretches, poses and moves to create a holistic workout that brings the body and mind into a state of harmony.
The goal of this class is to use corrective poses and exercises to remove misalignments and weaknesses of the body.
