Hula Hoop Fitness Classes!

This class will be sure to get your core-muscles going! Hulahooping seems simple and juvenile but it's actually amazing for strenghtening the core and toning the waist as it targets the obliques, abs, glutes and lower back, we'll also cinclude moves that strenghtens the arms and shoulders - you might notice the effects after only some weeks of regularly hulahooping! Hulahooping also improves coordination and posture. This is for anyone who is looking to have fun...
No experience necessary - you do NOT need to know how to hulahoop to attend! The moves can be moderated so that you can follow in your own pace and progress. It's not about mastering tricks or moves, but having fun and moving the body in new ways, using and strenghtening musclegroups you may not even knew you had...! The hulahoops used are large in diameter and feel completely different from kids' hoops as they are designed for adult bodies. It's pretty easy to forget you're actually working out when you're hula-hooping and moving to your favorite music! :-)
I have a lot of experience teaching beginners how to hula hoop and combine it with dancing (HoopDance) in Norway, I started hooping in 2008.
Price: 7 euros
Time: 12.00 April 12-13 (if you'd like to try but maybe aren't able to make it this day, please notify me and I can notify you for the next one instead!)
