SPEAK NO EVIL (16+)

Teatru Manoel Youth Theatre Company present Speak No Evil.

The intention of the performance is to showcase the developing skills of the TMYT ensemble, and includes devised scenes, songs, monologues written by individual actors, and a number of found texts, used either in their original form or edited to make them appropriate to the narrative. Most importantly, the piece has been developed by the ensemble, and reflects the concerns, pre-occupations and anxieties of all those involved in its creation. We hope that in watching the performance, you will be encouraged “to contemplate the condition and prospects of the world in a practical way; so that one and all may unlearn that idle habit which has grown upon us, of owning the state of things to be bad, yet doing nothing to remedy it”.
