Bonsai Exhibition

Bonsai-Aid For the first time ever, BCG-Malta is organizing a bonsai exhibition at its clubhouse in Floriana in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund. Mr Michael Grech, Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Council for Her Excellency Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, President of Malta, will officially open the exhibition on Wednesday 7th of December. The exhibition will be open to the public on Thursday 8th December from 8am till 6pm. A lecture on trees in general will be delivered by Dr. Joseph Buhagiar B.Ed.(Hons), M.Phil., Ph.D.(Nott.), who is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science at the University of Malta. Dr Buhagiar is also the Director of University of Malta Argotti Resource Centre, Argotti Botanic Gardens, in Floriana. All income and donations will be in aid of the Community Chest Fund. So come and enjoy our 'little trees' and contribute for a good cause.
