Live jazz on Wednesday 27th July by Angie Vella Zarb (vocals) and Karl Galea (guitar), with a specially designed menu for a fine dining experience by Rossini Cibo e Vino (Paceville).
♫ MEAT MENU Rossini aperitif and appetizer Zucchini and buffalo mozzarella flan with tomato and Parma ham Lasagna with beef Angus, wild Porcini mushrooms and truffle oil Sirloin steak with Cafè de Paris butter with mixed vegetables, red turnip and potato purée Pineapple marinated with thyme Poppy iced mousse (semifreddo) with chilli mango sauce
